Define, Design, Develop, Deliver – Adding structure to the creative process

Working with a creative design agency can often feel like a mystery – you talk about a project and out the other side come some ideas and an end product. Over the last four-and-a-bit years we have worked hard to put a process in place that helps to explain how we work and produce creative design ideas.

Every client is different, every solution is different and every sector is different, so we have to make sure we understand you, your business and what you want to achieve. This is the most important part of the process and we conclude it by producing a one-page brief that we can refer to in the studio and use as a flight plan for the whole project.

Once the brief and a plan are in place we begin to research and create ideas to solve your problem. With our minds firmly in creative mode, our first stop is pen and paper, (even when designing websites!) which allows us to quickly generate and develop ideas.

Having researched and created ideas and chosen the best of the best, we now digitise and add the final polish to the project ready for presentation. Using the latest software and hardware ensures we can get the best results possible for your project.

A great idea is nothing without great delivery; we always work hard to make sure your project is delivered on time and on budget. Be it the handover of a project or a walk-though, we take the time to make sure we have met all the goals and objectives we set down in the define stage of the process.

The brief

At the end of the define stage we create a brief for us to work to, which keeps us in touch with your objectives and goals and gives us a clear focus on which ideas to keep and which to discard.
